Every coin has another side

FOR Many in the Southern cities,   weekend is never complete without watching   the unassuming  debate show of Neeya Naana  Anchored by Gopinath  who took pride in prefixing the title  As Neeya Naana Gopinath, which has been watched( pls note I never said admired) by many for the controversial topics.
Many topics have been in discussions, ranging from ethics ,relationships, dress sense, character marriages and even about the existence of super natural powers etc
And every topic taken for discussion was truly controversial in its own way. On many days   even while the  show was   more serious arguments have   erupted within the family members  debating  for and  against the views being expressed and aired. And many weeks ended  with either ,the couples/children/parents  tugging on to their views  and having small break ups  too.

The debater had never spared any person/topic untouched be it  Father, Mother ,friends ,teachers, mentor,God, system of beliefs, prayers etc etc. But never there was  ever a slight resistance both from the participants or  from the audience saying / claiming that the  Discussions were unfair/ biased   and  it could lead to  lopsided  mindset  among st the viewers and in later days culminate into a societal issue.

The Anchor  predominantly  time and again endorsed all negative comments,Adding fuel to the thought process and commented that it was a mis representation of facts  and this attitude of the anchor was never contested by any community, which gave him the leverage to assume that every word spoken or views expressed was authentic and final.in his parlance until recently.
A  show of  by  Gopinath  targeting the medical professionals  regarding unethical practices  followed by doctors    which has come in for more criticism and kindled angst  amongst the Doctor community,

In fact such rebuttals should have come in from every one,Parent,Teacher,Brother Sister, etc earlier itself  when ever they were targeted, While they were the subjects of discussions because the comments and views  and analogy were indeed a dose of bitter pill to ingest causing irk among every segment of people.because the discussions were really not consistent and acceptable in reality.

However  since the  TRP rating of this show  kept going up  due to the  absence of protest from every one the TV channel and the Anchor believe that what ever was aired was non controversial and in sync with the Society, till the recent episode.

Well a group of professionals (Doctors)have reacted sharply against the views expressed during the show,I as a non Medical person would like to place my understanding and interpretations as follows,

Is it not a fact that the diagnosis of any ailment  by a doctor on date, is linked to a series of investigation and tests, and finally confirmed by the doctor for the line of treatment/Management TO BE INITIATED.

Was it not earlier the skill  AND knowledge of the physician in diagnosing  the ailment with a physical examination and with an  extensive interaction with the patient, where has this art been buried ?

Does this indicate  lack of confidence, from our physicians that he  depend s upon numerical values and pictured scans to start the treatment,  Isn't this attitude amply justifying that Today's Treatment are more investigation driven, without application of mind and Reasoning.Which  in  turn justified  the debate.

Can we not attribute this trend to the fast pace at which our doctors would like to treat their patience(or get rid of them by prescribing some medicines only based on the test reports)Failing which He/she would have to limit themselves just seeing off hardly 5-6 patients in their scrambled time slot of an hour of consultation
which they have set aside,CONTRARY TO HAVE rendered consultation for atleast 15 -20 if the investigation results are there handy to draw course of action(commercialisation)
.
Does this theory not match with the opinion that every doctor wants to maximize their emoluments and hence follow these practices knowing very well that its unethical.

Yet another point of debate was regarding a  confirmation test on pregnancy,Where one among the audience
indicated that just with a Stethoscope it can be done, which again gathered the wrath from the Doctors commune,

Well here again  in my opinion the despair and depressing need to put off child birth in advanced countries would have initiated a need to have a fast track method to confirm a pregnancy, So that the earlier the better.Which is invariably being followed by every one today.
How many Doctors advise people to wait for a minimum period without proceeding with   such confirmation test/and investigations.
Any lady who is ready to accept her pregnancy and await for her child would not   resort to any major investigations because she may be the best judge to notice the progressive changes and confirm the new addition. Was it not like this a  few decades back?

Just to add up to this list is the decision taken by our doctors to perform some major surgeries on Aged people, knowing very well that even recovery  the surgical strain would require tremendous stress both to the care giver/patient .Are these surgeries not carried out just to lure patients with the tag line of  giving quality life and cash less treatments at the behest of some insurance scheme While most of them are aimed at increasing their margin of profits(yet another) unethical way of making fast money
.
Well if these are some noticeable practices going on in the Medical profession. At the same time let us not isolate this trend to the Medical professionals alone as indicated Doctors are not trained to serve  people but to meet the requirements of the Medical Business which is a part and parcel of our economy..

On the other hand  their clients(the patients)who visit the doctors also go with a firm mindset,No one is ready to accept a doctor's prescribing a set of medicines with out doing some investigations at least a list of pathological tests.
More over they stamp the doctor who does not require a test report as either fake or incompetent..and start switching over to hospitals and private institutions sans the government hospitals who in fact extend far superior medical support and advice.

A Thoughtful Poem

Dear all aren't we still lamenting on the loss of our beloved mother and just keep longing to know what thoughts were there running in her head about us ,here is a beautiful soul touching poem by GINNY ELLIS   let us console our self with this sweet message

A MOTHER'S MESSAGE
FROM HEAVEN

I see you, darling, all the time,
I know everything you do,
Would you believe, my dearest child
I'm even closer now to you.

For I can see inside your mind,
Indeed, inside your heart,
I even know you better now,
Than I did before, sweetheart.

I've always loved you - you know that,
But maybe now I love you more,
I love the adult that you've become,
Just as I loved the child before.

I know how much you miss me, honey,
Well, I miss you, too,
I miss our talking and our laughing,
And all we used to do.

Whether you are six or sixty,
You'll always be my precious child,
You're the baby that I carried,
And the adult that's helped me smile.

What you need to understand,
Though death has taken me away,
Is that I've not left you, darling,
I am still with you today.

Honey, I could never leave you,
God, of course, would not want that,
Physically, we are apart,
But our hearts are still attached.

I love you all the time,
You cannot get away from me,
That's the way a Mother is,
Right into eternity.

Every day I'm with you
I see you from above,
And I want for you to know
How very much you're loved.

Skill versus Passion

Options are always open to us, to choose from a ready made item or, to order to make as per our requirements, and when it fits into the description what we intend to have, then we say it's been 'tailor made' for us.
Presuming that  any tailor made item  just falls as it has to be. And mares the ill effect of a ready to use product/service which comes with its own inbuilt features and limitations.

Tailor made courses, tailor made parents, tailor made couples, tailor menu, and even tailor made kids who just meet the  requirements and aspirations of parents, sleep when wanted, eat what's given, study what's told and choose what's offered.Well let me confine my thought process to sheer tailoring of dresses alone as topic of dicussion..
Tailor made goods had/have its own credits, adding value that does not come with ready made goods. We have the option to choose  a particular variety, color, fabric and in addition gives us the liberty to fit into our budget, Because to have a ready made dress means   affordability ,defined by brands and that we fall under a clan of rich people who are destined for it.

My memory of tailor made dresses goes back to my younger days when Appa and Amma would venture into efforts to make our outfits using a Singer sewing machine at home. Neither of them had any intro into tailoring, cutting and stitching. But it was simple economics that they preferred to labor on this, to save on few rupees spent, if out sourced and of course to minimize on the material wastage  that is way too much if given to a tailor.
Amma used to make three frocks out of the same material what the tailor would say is insufficient for even one. They would have laces and frills at appropriate places, which a tailor could never perceive and make. While this was the happy note there were also instances where Appa and Amma would quarrel on the apathetic outcome of certain attempts which would really be disastrous and  abandon the process of stitching half way.
Besides this, I have always seen Amma never being completely satisfied with a tailored blouse. It was either too big or too small with respect to the referral piece given. And we  are still are at the mercy of the tailors and depend on them. If we are described as a 'style statement' the credit goes to him/her and if    we are described as a 'oldie' than again the credit has to be passed over to a tailor. I often jocularly mention that it is ultimately his perception about how you should look. He/She either transforms you to the range of  Bollywood divas or takes you to saint hood .
Very recently my daughter was a victim at the trial of a tailor who was supposed to make her formal suit. She was joined by a bunch of class mates of both gender who were now at the mercy of this chosen tailor. He claimed that he could deliver a few dozens of suits in a short time. And all youngsters had lined up
to give their individual measurements and trilled to have their first suit stitched. Each one had imagined themselves in their outfits and been waiting for the piece to be delivered with soaring level of expectations.
As usual she wanted to share her joy with me and with the help of technology at hand, she had sent me the first trial photo wearing it. As usual I made my first sarcastic comment that it looked like a ballooned outfit worn by our classical heroes like Dilip Kumar, MGR or Shivaji, when they were assigned roles of kings and princes.
It was really out of size and more a worry for her, who wanted to maintain her figure. Now the hassle of alterations started. Only my inbox was getting filled up with versions of altered suits. never the one with perfect fitting. To add up to her anxiety .I was told that the photo shoot with their suits on was arranged. And people had to come up with different poses and gestures, some really trying to hold up their pants from slipping down, some to really hold back their breaths to avoid bulging down and many  adopted strange postures and accessories to cover up the ill fits. And many  of them are planning to redo this job with a different tailor. This is when I just got the clarity on two terms used by us very often, 'skill' and 'passion'.The tailor in this case possessed the skill to stitch and produce output in time, but lacked the passion to perceive how it should fit in. Especially when he had to do it for both men and woman who differ in physical structure.
Amma never had any skill of tailoring but she could produce such wonderful outfits because she could perceive each outfit with her imagination of the child and her passion to see them dresses properly brought excellent results . So can we conclude that great work doesn't turn mean excellent skills alone ,but it has to be done passionately. If baking is the skill, passion is the icing what makes  the cake  yummy and instills the stimulus to eat.

A POEM WORTH READING AND SAVING

Going low with depression,I was browsing the web to have a feel  how others feel when they lose some one dear to them and found this beautiful poem by Mary elizabeth Fyre and thought it worth a million to share   Here it goes.......

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle Autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night
Do not stand at my grave and cry
I am not there.I did not Die

It's Mava Day!

It's Appa's 85th birthday today! A stream of memories are just emanating ,one leading to another.
Appa cherished celebrating his birthday, with every new year, the enthusiasm that he would be celebrating his birthday in May will begin, And he would start making his invitee list and start calling up his children (the only treasure he possessed) ,one after another inquiring when he can expect us there for his celebrations. At times we used to just brush him aside saying, "Appa, it's just Jan. There is a long way to go." While Appa was enthusiastic to celebrate his birthday, Amma always wanted it to be special and would encourage us to give him a gift on his birthday. Even while we had very little we could scoop a small amount to give him a needy gift.
Times changed and later it was Appa gifting us on his Birthday. Not missing ,the wonderful treat of 'Biriyani' and other delicacies to follow, which only Amma can hold and what only Appa could host.

We all take lot of pride as MAVAs.

I guess Gen 3 would not know that Appa had very strong principles which he has passed down to us.

Present below is the only small  poster     that adorned our factory, 'Southern Electronics Industry' at Arakonam, framed and put up at a very prominent location. When we lost the factory and were forced to give up every thing ,this single  poster followed us and remained with us till it made us what we are today and outlived its life.

1எழ்மையிலும் நேர்மை.
(Honesty even when you live in poverty)
2. கோபத்திலும் பொறுமை.
(PATIENCE EVEN WHILE YOU ARE ANGRY)
3. தோல்வியிலும் விடாமுயற்சி

(NEVER GIVE UP ON FAILURES)
4. தரித்திரத்திலும் பரோபகாரம்

(CHARITY EVEN WHILE YOU LIVE IN PENURY)
5. துன்பத்திலும் தைரியம்

BRAVERY  IN ADVERSITY
6. செல்வத்திலும் எளிமை
SIMPLICITY IN RICHNESS
7. பதவியிலும் பணிவு

(HUMBLENESS WHILE IN POWER)

Suresh, Akka and I, would many times discuss whether what has been quoted above is practically possible. However, its just not the quote, but Appa also  led us to believe in these sayings,He always wanted us to spell out bravely what ever was the truth without any fear. Never wanted us to be cowed down due to authority of power. He always rose to question illegalities and taught us always to aim for the skyand nothing less!
Appa stood with us whenever we faced hardships and encouraged us that nothing is impossible. Days may go and years may fly but what values we have inherited through you will remain forever Appa!
"Happy Birthday APPA" WE KNOW THAT YOU ARE SEEING US AND LISTENING AND READING OUR MINDS

" The Generation Gap'

As a child we all  would have always  had a rumbling within us that, We are misunderstood  by our parents, they always dismissed what ever we wish to think(leave aside what we do) and would have compared our self with many of our peers and at times sighed. How nice it would have been if at all our Parents were more under standing and supportive.
While the other side(Parents)were neither happy too, they have  similar feelings about us and it was always either of them either the mother or father playing a referee in between ironing out the differences so that the relationship doesn't strain. And every time we have heard the word Generation gap, where we attributed this mainly towards are thought process which had refused to change with time.
Lets see how the perception between the parents and kids have been changing and conflict of interest rising in.
Yesteryears:
The parents saw their kids as a mascot who were specially sent by GOD to take care of them in their last years,They felt that they were meant to plaster all the voids what existed in their life, which had arised due to various social/economical inadequacies what they faced as they grew up.They kept all their hopes pinned on their kid, listing out their wish list  and accordingly tried to guide them to accomplish them in full or part (which were mostly tasks and opportunities which they could either complete or were denied).Well the kids on the other hand felt it was their utmost Duty to keep their parents happy,They went an extra mile leaving behind their wants and aspirations to see a happy smile on their faces. They wanted to make their parents dream come through and never even had time to think of their own dreams.
Current years:
The parents of today who were kids of yesteryear's think the same way as their Parents, and hold all their dreams which were never realized and naturally feel its now the Duty of the kid to fulfill their wish list,But on the other hand Kids have changed their perspective and started to think that Parents are the Messiah sent by God to fulfill all their demands and Desires. Its now the turn of the parents to slog and spend all their energy to ensure that the dreams of their children are met. For children of today are more focused on realizing their dreams.

Here comes a wonderful Poem buy W.B Yeats ,which goes as a dedication to all kids and parents to be, to emphasize how gentle and delicate it is

Had I the Heavens,embroidered cloths
En wrought with golden and silver light.
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
of the night and light and half light.
I would spread the cloths under your feet;
But I,being poor,have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams:

A tribute to my Teachers Part I

Teachers play a larger than life role in everyone’s life, and I am not singled out either. On this day when the whole country and students pay their respect to the noble community who have brought  us up to this level, passing on their knowledge but at the same time preferring to stay back as teachers, at this juncture I would like to pass on my heartfelt respect to each one of them who have been instrumental in making me what I am.
Let me begin with my Primary school teachers. From the railway school, a majority of them were from the Anglo Indian community. Mrs.Gone, A very serious looking person, Mrs.Tennant (who was always pregnant with a protruding tummy) Mrs. Pavne, the only dark complexioned anglo that I had seen and Mrs.Lazesaro,  Mrs.Johnson. And  Mr.Vedachalam.
Mrs.Lazesaro was my 2nd class miss the only one to be clad in a saree, while the rest were in their couture frilled frocks. I remember her for nursing me with a bandage and treating me with chocolates after I got hurt with a face to face dash with my brother, while we were playing police/robber during our lunch break I had a bloody scar that still exists on my left temple (being remembered for her kindness and care).
Mrs. Johnson was class V in-charge, rated to be very Strict and a terror. I was in class I and My sister in class V. I would wind up earlier and  have to wait for my sister and brother who will accompany me back home, One such day I was clinging on to the window bar of class V peering in anxiously wondering when the class would end.  Mrs.Johnson noticed me (I should have been distracting the attention of the students) and called me in and inquired what was the matter, I said "I am waiting for my Sister."(in English) She was very happy that I could communicate without fear, gave me two ‘kammarcuts’ and made me sit in her class by the side of her desk till the Class was over, It was a surprise for every one because they had always attached only strictness to her character. This was another side to her. Since than I was usually given a place in her class. I still remember the half smiles that she returned to me. She was the first person to be charmed by me.
Vedachalam Sir was my Tamil master. We were introduced to Tamil language in class II ,While I was in class III, I fared very badly in a Tamil dictation Test and he scolded every one and me in particular, because there were very few students with Tamil as mother tongue in the class(others were anglo). I was annoyed and retorted saying I will prove that I will get 10/10 in the next test. For a while he was shocked never thought a class III student would have guts to challenge and said “Ok! Parkalam!” (Ok ,we will see).
My next Dictation results proved I had taken 10/10, But he had forgotten the last episode, I went  up to him, showed my paper and said “Have you noticed  Sir?  I have kept the Challenge!” He laughed gave a gentle pat on my back and I guessed everything was okay. One evening Appa had a visitor and was speaking to him. He had called out to Amma asking her to send a cup of coffee for the guest. I was assigned the errand of carrying the coffee to them.
While I handed the coffee tumbler, Vedachalam sir looked up at me, not having  expected me there, he asked Appa, “Sir Unga Daughter ah?(Sir, is she your daughter?) Appa said, ”Yes. Yen ketkureeinka?(Why) He said, “She challenged me ,Sir! She won the challenge too. Ippathan Sir theriyuthu antha DAIRIYAM  ENGIRUNDU VANTHATHU NU!”(Only now I understand where from she has inherited the guts.)
I remember him for being so magnanimous in accepting his defeat, was the first person whom I challenged and I learnt that any challenge big or small has to be taken seriously and success is always sweet but it requires lots of hard work and mostly for showing me that I am Appa’s replica!

............ Bucket .........Bucket ........BUCKET........

When life becomes monotonous and the pep keeps declining We start thinking how to bring back some joy and interest into it ,and involve our self into one of  these  activities: go out on a picnic, see friends, visit the nearest mall , read a book or play game etc,.but still nothing gives us the type of feeling of elation of challenging someone and winning it.
The bigger the bid the more challenging it becomes,to fall inline with, this is the recent activity that has spread more faster than the Ebola virus ,and One item that has become very important and being talked about in the last couple of weeks is the 'bucket', I guess it all started with an awareness campaign for ALS (Amyotropic lateral Sclerosis) a terminal illness that can effect the motor system and gradually make you confined to your wheel chair and cot and than to lead you to your final destination. Its not a new find but an existing illness which at times gets missed for Parkinson cause both are degenerative, progressive and not reversible with medication.

Suddenly people have started worrying about this and a campaign started travelling down the social network sites, WITH A CHALLENGE EITHER TO DONATE 100$ or to down yourself with a bucket of iced water, A real challenge since finding a Bucket in your house or in a departmental store is a very rare sight if you are in a foreign country, I guess some of us who visit foreign countries are into this first level of shock that you should get tuned to the tissue culture and also to the habit of getting into a tub for a bath. Even more challenging to down yourself with an iced water when the temperature down there is touching zero and sub zero,So  people felt it was worth donating 100$ than to under go the torturous act of pouring ice water on ones self,(did people scan and upload the donations made). while others who could not afford to loose 100$ preferred taking the challenge of ice bucket ,the motivation you were promoting a cause, and an indirect thrill
because you should  upload your video with the water downing scene . this activity with a chained mail nominating(challenging) three more started occupying the social sites and i am not apprehensive with the number of downloads the site may come down too unable to handle the traffic. People from different part of the world started uploading their videos.

I guess there was more of water being downed than donations being paid because it gave people a chance to put up a very impressive bathroom scene which was hither to only seen in movies and always considered more private, which was given a public tag. with the consent of their parents who said I cant afford 100$
instead you take the challenge and for people over here put up in tropical countries sweating out in the humid heat visiting the pleasure of a bucket of ice cold water was heavenly and had the feel of standing down below one of their nonvisted water falls.
Well from media reports its confirmed that the donations  have already crossed 100 million dollars towards ALS Research Foundation, first time to touch such soaring collections and as auxiliary benefits.
People started purchasing new buckets, cause you can't show up a old used bucket on the video. Buckets of various colors and people with different attires started putting up their posts ,some who were proud enough to show off their Rest rooms were there showing off their luxury, while others preferred Showing off their terraces gardens, lawns and backyards. might be After watching the videos business may start booming for redoing your toilets, ordering new sets of clothes which may be more attractive (thank god no dress code was defined.......... by ALS.)

Now after a month every one of them have started their own campaign of challenging one another  ALS has been forgotten and the word BUCKET has picked up its momentum, (Vallu  poei katti vanthuchu.........)

Every one have now started their part of bucket challenge ,"Book bucket challenge "GOD alone knows what relevance exists between a book and a bucket and people commenting about the best book,s nice to know that even in the midst of such busy schedules and compelling conditions the habit of reading books does exist they have read nice to see people listing out their favorites might be this would lead into a hurry to purchase more books and read them too, but at the same time sad to see that many of them such as Arthur Hailey, Robin Cook, Sydney Sheldon, Irving Wallace, P.G.Woodehouse, Thomas Hardy, AND MANY MORE ARE MISSED OUT,
while some one else started with rice bucket challenge of giving free rice that too in buckets.
If this is one side of the story, India has started with yet another Bucket Challenge  "RICE BUCKET CHALLENGE" People gifting the the needy with buckets of rice and putting up videos, what  a shame(this is a country that still talks about the qualities of karna who was known for his benevolence, the highlight being that even his others hand never knew what he gave away as charity .)Are our people not flooded with enough of free bees, including rice and why to show ourself in such pathetic conditions.
Looking at all these things i am also motivated to start with a bucket challenge that all of us can really do,why don't we start off with a challenge of washing up a bucket of our dirty linens, you see it might really save a lot of water and power, and if each one of us start off doing this we may really march towards a surplus power driven country.
Well any idea how this 100,Million $ that has gone into ALS foundation would be utilized and what benefits we would derive ? Either directly or indirectly,  Yeah this might be a 100 billion dollar bucket challenge question for which none of us might know the answer.........

THE ORPHANED YOUTH

It is a nice feeling to observe  the general level of awareness that prevailing amongst us ,every day we come to know about the good hearts that are dwelling amongst us, who care for the deprived old and share their concern to create a shelter for them. WE  hear so many voices of angst against the  agony  that  women and girls  while  they are  socially abused,Huge cry against corruption, And loud cheers even for humble achievements , So many are there to take care of Animals and pets, and at times you really feel that the attention what pets are given is not  extended to our fellow beings.
Forums are actively engaged to bring in parity of wages for unorganized sector of people.Proactive proposals from the Government keeps pouring in,  in the form of free rice, affordable housing ,cheap drinking water, toilets for all and of course not to miss the Minimum employment for all, where we hear a relief of sigh in the rural areas who are getting in a steady income.
When the rosy side of Our country is commendable, A plight of an ignored lot which has no voice for representation and who have been orphaned by every one, whose tears have no hands to wipe also exist.

Well I am pained to talk about the professionally educated youth of urban and rural areas of this country On whose future their family had built their dream castles. They had pinned high hopes that once their sons and daughters enter a professional course and emerge out as Doctors and engineers a new future would welcome them with dignified jobs being offered on platters, with this filament of assurance the parents spent their last penny taking loans from banks /lenders and neighbors assuring them that they would repay in total once their wards gets  settled and the scene was a bit different in rural areas , where they started selling their goats and cows in early days, moved on with pledging any little land they had and ultimately got enslaved for the loans that they had taken thinking that they would be redeemed once their children got employed.

But reality strikes in a different form, while the number of colleges scored in hundreds to offer a seat in engineering the companies who want people to employ are just in 10 and 20"s.
Every one who joined these courses imagined that a day would come when they would earn in 5 digits ,wear formals and enter posh offices but in reality they found they had no takers to offer them a 9-5 job, what ever they could stumble down and strike was a deal at some call center sitting thro  midnight answering mute calls of some foreign origin or the linguistic barks of our own brothers  for the deficient customer care they get ,Even this  job in a call center was after a hibernation of 1 to 2 years waiting in vain and after knowing that all doors of a decent employment is closed. A group of youngsters grabbing very low level posts after holding Masters in their hands are different stories,Not to miss a different group  that stands waiting to be picked up for an unskilled work, driven by deprivation, poverty and with an ultimate wow to erase the TAG of unemployed youth

At times its not out of place to state that their uneducated friends who decided to stay back in their villages are better off with a job thro the rural employment scheme, and their peer level girls get a handy salary working in near by companies,

what to do the Pride that he/she  has added a suffix in the form of a two letter or four letter degree prohibits them to enter this area of job market. And if at all any young man with these qualifications is making a decent dent with his pay it does not come until that he holds two to three part time jobs hopping from one end of the city to another, forgetting about sleep and getting accustomed to the trolly road side  daabas for meeting his food needs.

And its really strange that when the awareness to discuss about even very very disgusting issues in public is taken as a symbol of media independence and liberty, such a burning issue of today's youth  whose development is  going to decide not only the  destiny of the families of  youngsters but also the fate of our country. has been given a silent death. To my knowledge i go with the hype that cinema is a mass Media which highlights the social issues to all strata of people and its an irony that no recent Cinema in this decade has ever touched this subject seriously,For the last few movies which spoke about unemployment of youth were varumaiyin Neram sikkappu and Nizhakal which touched screens during the 80'S.AND THIS DID NOT  TARGET PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED YOUNGSTERS
 BUT AN EDUCATED GROUP.

Well I will not spare our young generation  because in a way they are also responsible for writing the script for this pathetic situation, cause today's youth and teens have chisel led there character and profile so well that Any one would really not risk their repute and business by employing them,I do not think this description of them would be an exaggeration, faded jeans, shabby clothing unshaven faces ,and dirty looks,  A big screen apps phone,Aggressive mood and foul language , If the day time of these people is shown following would be partners(presumed??) on foot and bikes as if life is meant only to fall for some one and gather those insults, the nights end up with forming a group boozing out and spending  sleepless nights blabbering, and innovating different techniques to correct their party(in their terms).
No doubt when we do no care to market our self why expect help from others, and lament Its time that our young group wakes up from their fantasy world and show up their strength that wasted.

Behind an Adhaar card

Humans come only next to God,because basically humans lack certain attributes which are presumed to be aligned only with God such as forgiveness, patience, listening(very true GOD always listens very patiently all our cry ,abuses begging and bargains ,but never speaks) and if at all we sight any person  with traces of such qualities We utter Ah Deivam pa nee(oh you are god).

Well if this statement is really true than at least 90%of Indians, should be conferred as God for their, level of patience to tolerate every one and every thing that happens around them.
Are we not the ones who wait patiently for long hours of delay at stations, airports, and bus stands, without even wincing once that our valuable time is robbed due to a system inefficiency?
Have we not gone and waited at a reception of a hospital for hours fixing up an appointment, when the doctor walks in deliberately late by at least two hours without any guilt and we pay him off in spite of wasting our valuable time and patience?

Imagine how many times we are made to run from pillar to post to avail a payable essential service like telephones, gas and electricity just to satisfy the illogical system that they have put in place, which they have never understood nor made attempts to ratify the flaws.
well the recent one to join this stream of IRRITANT,is the ADHAAR CARD,
Suddenly some one in the locality made a announcement that Adhaar card enrollment is being done in the near by corporation school and every one in the family are to march together to the centre, for once I was happy that all four in our family were available on that particular day,and we joined the serpentine line already formed, for once i was  happy to see that it was a heterogeneous queue(unlike the one in ration shops predominantly occupied by middle aged and old ladies) with people of all age groups, the withered old the fatty middle aged the slender and chick teens and not to miss the adolescent boys in their jeans, which really made me feel proud on the level of discipline that we are being brought up with to comply with any Govt diktat but this pride was short lived, for every one in the queue was holding some document, some with a ration card(like me)some with a form which they claimed was the NPR acknowledgement slip(NATIONAL POPULATION  REGISTRY 201O) some with a small numbered slip with a serial no and the govt of India symbol and yet some other with an adhaar card itself. No one knew what was the requisite to get the process enrolled not a single soul to even tell us, whether we really have to be there. After a wait of 3 hours, witnessing all the brawls and nasty interchange of words that even let to a small skirmish,WHICH JUST WENT UNNOTICED for those who were sitting inside the designated room  masked with the bulging crowd  never showed off  any relevance to the commotion and confusion that prevailed due to non availability of information.
Minutes turned into hour and hour became hours, when one among the successful to have had  the darshan of the Adhaar enroller made a caustic announcement that people only with 3 digit serial numbered slips would be entertained. THE QUE BROKE,WITH PEOPLE RETURNING back to there homes murmuring out WHAT a  the waste of time it was.
Since I had nothing with me I had to return back to make a hasty Sunday lunch for my family, cursing the in apt approach  by the organisers,
Now its almost a fortnight that this drama of Adhaar enrollment is going on,suddenly people claiming to be persons involved in the mission keep appearing at kerbs, temples and street Corners, and immediately a group of people thong them and get a slip issued with instructions to visit the centre for enrolling and you find a same serpent que, with worried faces, moving more sincerely and with utmost devotion to see the demi god the agent of Adhaar, only to be chased away claiming that only people who were enrolled under NPR 2010 Can he considered.
Well the following is the questions which keeps peeping into my mind.
why NPR 2010?have we not crossed 3 solid years
haven't deaths and birth happened during these years?is our system so static that people would have never got relocated
Who is accountable for not completing the NPR 2010 FOR all house holds, how is it that some one has a data slip while some do not have and is NPR 2010 statistics itself GOING TO BE SKEWED DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE EXERCISE which is apparently seen.
Whose child is Adhaar?since I find that its not adopted by any one nor has a surrogate parent to ensure that the job should be completed in time and as desired.
Beyond a private agency employed for recording the biometric information,no responsible person either from the centre or state govt are found at these centres
Has the agency ENTRUSTED for fulfilling the ADHAR card issuance even aware about the process and system in use.
What answers do the agency have for torturing innocent public, wasting their time and energy for this process.
Has any one Audited and accounted about the number of enumerations that has been done on daily basis, and found out the reasons for the poor completion rates?
if this job is time bound and has been entrusted with any bench mark for completing the process, i really doubt whether the enrolling agency will behave in such a raw way, just like what we see in tamil movies, shooing away every one with one pretext or other (chellatu, chellatu)
And finally if issuance of Adhaar cards are going to be like this,I have no doubt that this is going to be yet another Epic like our family cards and election id were we would land up having more number of cards than the population.
By experience we have seen that any system which functions without any transparency, and which creates a demand with out due methods to supply the need always paves the way towards corruption, and for sure all such people who have tasted these long queues and irresponsible replies would have started to see under ground channels of getting an hassle free Adhaar card
I have given up the process of pursuing my adhaar card after spending hours in various queues collecting mundane forms from people which had no relevance to a private agency who is being paid from the valuable tax that we pay,and above all I do not think I will get upgraded to the Status of GOD,for my patience level has been exhausted

WHEN CUPID STRIKES

Every day at least two person are reported by dailies to have  taken their life out,due to love failure, And thousands live a life with out life, having lost the person they love.Even thou an average person knows that love can only bring more pain and trouble than the contrary component,The world does not stop loving and love goes on to be eternal
Love continues to be the most interesting phase and integral part of our living, love has remained the reason for us to live, love has always remained a subject of contradiction, love has been the backdrop of many plots, love has been the prime reason for many battles ,love has been the reason behind many monuments, love is the backbone of our existence, love has made many people rich, by depicting their version of love in the form of lyrics, poems, drama and cinema, love has driven many people towards innovation(i think the famous innovation of the telephone was again the urge of Graham bell to talk to his distant lover)love has created great scholars and also many mad fellows.
Love is purely a perception ,perceived by different people differently, and yet to be definite in nature, only thing that has remained constant is that no love story has been complete without a villain, the villain cropping in the form of Parents, community, social inequality, caste, religion, friends and so on and so forth, and The main entertainment part of lovers is to plan different strategy to cajole, compromise or fight   for establishing their love.and to share their living space with the person they love after which they undergoing thousands of insults, humiliation, tussles and treachery.

A recall on some of the eternal love stories which has been read, heard and narrated, which has made us to form an impression that love is something very special, which cannot be expressed by words, love always happens between incomparable matches, love brings more pain than pleasure and if at all lovers  have been recognised , spoken or remembered,  its not because they lived  happily together .its because they died for each others company, this gets established from the Dramatic representations of  Romeo and juliet, Anthony and cleopatra, Laila and Majnu Anarkali and Saleem, Ambigapati and Amaravathi, and not to miss the tamil melodrama of Devadoss, who is synonymous with a love struck, hapless person with sunken eyes bearded face wrinkled clothes.

It still remains a mystery why love should always happen only with irrational matchings such as, A mighty king to fall in love with a courtesan . people of different races fall for each other, why should a poor girl or boy invariably get attracted to a rich boy or girl, when they very well know that such mismatches  would impose difficulties for them to live together without any hassles.
well this establishes that there can be no reasoning and logic once you fall in love ,because lovers have very little option on that,It's   the handiwork of cupid the Mythological roman  GOD of love who is responsible for this catastrophe,Cupid is replicated in other regions in their own naive names as Eros In greek mythology,Manmathan in tamil mythology.... and many more
It is believed that cupid showers arrows at people  randomly and the moment the arrow strikes at a person they fall in love with a similarly placed person first to be seen, Just like the person falling in love with a donkey in Shakespeare's Midsummer night Dream . But why can't cupid do some rational strikes, and make love more efficient with hassle free connections ,well its believed that Cupid the son of the most beautiful Venus the love god, is blind folded while he makes these showers of arrow attacks and that is why "LOVE IS BLIND".
The God of love Cupid  was  also a victim of love ,due to a back fired arrow from him and shared the Agony of others lovers struggle  to unite with his lady love Psyche. The villain in Cupid's Love story was none other than his mother Venus as in all other love stories. And as in reality even today, Venus was envious of  Psyche for  being more beautiful than her and wanted Cupid to avenge her.But in turn, cupid fell for Psyche, which was not liked by Venus, who started throwing lots of obstacles to keep cupid and psyche away  the story goes on,,,,, and finally they unite due to divine interventions.
In Our country love and marriages are interwined, its love only till such time that parents oppose the pairing, Because if they agree for the match then its not love but Marriage..and its presumed that love has won once marriage happens
Love which remained more a act of personal  likes and desires and opposed only by families, has started taking  ugly twists and turns, growing exponentially with the tags that are attached with each love ,for some families love is linked beyond personal liking and used as a tool  grow their business interest for  some its upgrading their living status, for some its enhancing their political strength and for some its enlarging their demographic dominance. And on late lovers are thrown open to defend themselves not from hostile families, but from hostile environments, which becomes more difficult and hence the stories of the weak giving up their lives and the strong continuing to leave, with out any guilt has become the order of the day  and love which was once claimed to be divine has degraded to a nasty adolescent life cycle.  At last if  peace is to be  bought it is at the cost of life.Lovers die not for love, but due to desperation of having landed up with such stressful life.

I was watching the development of yet another love story of  Divya and Ilavarasan of Dharmapuri,Who were targeted by two different groups and felt happy for the courage they both exhibited , Finally the weak  had to die, So Ilavarasan died and has now been forgotten, there are  investigations going on about the cause of Ilavarasan death.,But to me he died the moment his wife and lover divya pronounced those  lifeless words into the microphone held by ten and twenty journalists ,viewed by hundreds in the court complex, that she had no love for him and she would not have a second thought of reunion with him Death was written on his face and his eyes conveyed his blindness of falling for the wrong person.

Such episodes of love in houses, villages and towns,  is a regular affair where the week would die and the strongest would live with not an iota of guilt.

THE LAST(LOST)TOUCH

It is often said that the subconscious mind is active while we sleep, and also till we attain the age of 6 or 7.When our conscious mind takes over the sub conscious mind ,we slowly tend to forget  incidents what happened in only days of childhood.
However I do not think certain sensory  memories, would ever be forgotten. Such as our first touch, I think the first person blood related to us who would have had the pride of holding us in his arms and planting that gentle kiss on our cheeks, cupped our small soft hand in his hands, and passed over the happiness, love and warmth  and reassurance of safety on the day we were born and introduced to this world would have been none other than our FATHER/DAD/APPA/NAINA.
It is this special bonding and feeling, what gets registered in our subconscious mind that we carry forward throughout our life.To feel safe and secure in the presence of our dad.We always feel that he is the super hero in our life who can chase away thousands of Goliaths, fight against windmills, carry us across seven hills and mountains. And the only person who would stand by our side at all times and cry out aloud and say to this world without any fear or inhibition, you may say what ever you feel like but  " I know what my child is!"
Well, while I grew up, they had been thousands and millions of such incidents of receiving a hug a kiss from my dear dad.
When I was around 6 I used to walk with my dad side by side DAD used to slowdown to match my pace,to make sure i do not tumble with fast steps my left hand cupped in his right, tightly so that the option of freeing myself from his grip was absolutely zero. But his hold told I was his proud possession .the warmth of his palms transferred a feeling of security and instilled fearlessness.
When i was 10 years old I was walking with my dad, this time he was maintaining his pace I was lagging behind making fast strides to match his speed, I was still holding his hands, his right   little finger was left out for me to hold with my left hand, this time the option to stick on was with me to let him go, but this time Appa's touch and hold told me I was growing up that I was to match the expectation of a fast moving world,it said he was confident that he can let me lose my way and I would find back home.
I was 18 years  just blooming into a nice young girl, and walking along side appa, to seek admission into a college, maintaining a close distance between us,when ever he sighted some piercing eyes following me,he gently put his arms around my shoulder to secure me and also send a message, keep away "she is my daughter "  his touch this time conveyed his love and possesivness.
when I was 27 I was married,Appa was holding my hands to be given off to my husband, I could feel a slight shiver and tension in his touch a feeling of joy and sadness. Joy at the pretext of getting me married, sadness that I would not belong to him wholly.
Days passed by  years of aging started showing up more on Appa and less on me, his first illness came 14 years back in the form of a massive cardiac arrest, this time I was travelling with DAD , escorting him to the Hospital, the journey was long, I  was holding appa's hand with mine, with every bump his hold would tighten conveying that the pain was intolerable, but his tightening grip said he was in safe hands and he would live.

There had been incidences of appa falling sick frequently, every time appa was  into the hospital ,his children stood around him, each one showing their love and admiration  for him in their own way,  We sat by his side holding  his hands,he said our touch healed him and he drew his strength and desire to live with hands holding him reassuring that he would recover.

I  heard that dad was sick again, I reached home  with expectations to see him, touch him and hear his voice. DAD remained in a sleeping posture  on his cot an eternal peace had descended on his face and he looked serene and blissful, he  had already left us. Any amount of wailing from us did not  make him stir even once,we tried to embrace him and hug him. Appa was still warm which told us that it was not too long ago that he had started his new journey or he just wanted to save his last warmth to share it with his loving children.

Dad's time to start his last journey was drawing close,i was holding appas hands FOR THE LAST TIME, this time appa's hands was cold, and heavy,a reciprocation to meet our heavy grieving heart a sign of communicating his sadness for  leaving  us.

Now its almost five Months gone, without appas presence and his loving touch,i talk and communicate more with him ,there are so many things to tell him and share with him, which were missed when he was alive, i know that the air that i inhale has traces of appas breath, the sofa, chairs and bed would have retained a tinge of his fragrance, the roads and streets and soil around us would have been touched by him,Appa has become omnipresent,I can see him in every thing around me and of course saved his last touch for ever.

THE MASTER STROKE

Decision making is the most difficult thing for all of us,we would rather postpone taking a decision than to decide, fearing what if our decision turns out into a fiasco,But at times we find that decisions, take different twists and turns and end up,in good things without our knowledge giving double benefits, and we casually cite that we could hit two birds with a single arrow or brought down two mangoes in a single stone throw.
Happenings in the recent days are making me wonder what is that wonderful spell that has fallen on the people here, there seems to be a general improvement in the level of self disciple,in our outlook in dealing with people, our level of interaction and our bonding with our dear ones.
It has been days, weeks and months that I had a necessity to yell or shout at my kids,Life was so difficult for me to handle them,my energy and longevity getting reduced, with the dawn Beginning with my repeated attempts of waking them up,prompting them to go and get ready for
school/college,prompting them time and again reminding them that they have to study, complete their home work,do their project. Now for some time I find them being more responsive and above all not even fussy/ nagging me with what ever I pack for them as lunch or provide for break fast.

Me who was a  lazy person ,who always wanted to snug for those extra snooze in ten mornings, and be quite lethargic, have become more active i don't want to waste even small quantum of time i just line up my work prioritize one after the other, always having a look at the clock,Might be Robin Sharma's book,On Mega living ,should have brought in this transformation, cause I find lot of time to read and spend my time improving my knowledge, rather than being glued to the Television or computer.

I find, people around me,my nieghbours having nice chit chats, discussing their meal, prepared, exchanging receipes for venthaiya kozambu and paniyaram, trying out different hair do"s for thier girls, practicing rangoli and now and then discussing the patetic upkeep of the locality,Dicuss about politics now and then and i am really surprised to see them observe nature and their surroundings.

Many ladies have started getting the much needed attention, from their husbands and have been receiving small small gifts, reminding them of their lost intimacy and good times, well this is happening as a reciprocation, for the care that has been extended to them in the recent days,"AS THE SAYING GOES,"the best way to enter a mans heart is thro his mouth"
They are pamppred with tasty, hot, and fresh     servings of food ,the wife who was earlier saying, that,Ihave kept the food on the dining table, help your self,to their family members are seen, sitting by their sides and narrating small.small sweet nothings and the kids are really enjoying their family togetherness.

Family outings,a day, every month has now become,a regular affair, gone are those days when kids had to keep nagging their parents, seamlessly to take them out,but now a special budget,is set aside for meeting this expense, and its never seen as a burden at all.
Its so enthralling to see our culture returning back, young mothers are seen out feeding their kids, showing the glimpses of moon,or a crow or dog(at times bandigoots too). And its really, really good to see our kids having got themselves adapted to this change, instead of throwing their whim's
saying unless they see their favourite add, they will not take their feeds.

Children are elders are growing in a more natural way they understand, nature, science and many difficult subjects very easily ,,because they have merged with nature and no more couch potatoes glued to their favourite show or on the computer games in fact they have taken to some physical activity, and the extra fab and mid section fat is getting reduced(note that men have started admiring their wife's,seeing those curves restoring back)
Men  and women are also returning back home as early as possible, from work not wasting their time outside fearing, that every day ordeal of dealing with the complaints and grievances that awaits to be sorted out between their mother, wife and in laws, and an unusual calm and serenity exists, mother in laws are really finding the going tough, for their idea bank is not getting replenished with new, methods of seeking vengeance on their daughter in law or vice versa
Well don't you now agree that a pleasant spell has been cast on our people.and who ever it is they need a lot of appreciation, well its non other than the EB(ELECTRICITY BOARD)for their benevolent gesture of imposing such huge, erratic and sporadic current cuts, which has put every one right from kids  to the old in their slot sand made them to reconcile   with duties and responsibilities and the precious of losing even a minute power supply is there,Given people a lot of free time, since their TV,viewing time has now been drastically cut, there by their stress level which was inflated with daily soaps, gathering at least 10,different plots of abusing their in laws has come to a reduction.A maintenance shut down,on a day every month invariably make you to fled your homes, cause we cannot deny the fact that there is no life without power(i meant electricity).
People working in office,Establishments, schools, hospitals and what not would like to put in their  their maximun efforts during the periods of Power availability,in fact its seen that 8 hours of job is now done in four hours.
I know what a dreadful Decision it would have been, when the only respite available to EB to meet this power crisis, would be to resort to,such erratic and long power cuts, but they never knew that that action could lead to such wonderful, grooming of the people. At times when its really hard to discipline a single individual, just see how they have brought all of us our senses,
Often we have head people quoting as Master stroke, but in real terms this is the best master stroke in the present days, which has indirectly brought in lots of disciple, belongingness ,and goodness amongst people."A boon in the guise of a bane"

"" NOW AND THEN""

What used to be a pleasant experience, is turning down into an irritation,But what can I do ,this has become a habit for the last 20 years and I cannot shed it away.Well if you thought it was my regular morning walk,or my ritual of starting my day with a detail prayer or a soulful practicing of music/dance ,Than you are wrong, cause I am more a critic who can never do any of these things, but can pass down my comments.
well coming down to the activity, what I was mentioning is the reading of news paper(papers now)in the morning sipping a cup of hot coffee along side. This activity which was consuming 10 min to 15 minutes with some scans on head lines, detail Reading on interesting article and flipping of pages has now increased to almost 40 to 45 mins, upsetting my morning schedules and invariably projecting me as a late comer to office.
If you guess my reading style or skill has changed, than you are wrong(habits  never die )My irritation starts once I lift the paper in my hands, from the weight of it,and on seeing the first page which is replaced with a full page advertisement either from a jewelery store,a real estate builder,a political cut over or a textile show room..
While my senses tell me to avoid them and rush to the real exciting! matter,my eyes refuse to take instruction, for the colorful display,my inherent helplessness that I can only see such things but can never possess them even if I stare and save all my income, because the price tags attached to them are so high ,But still i think people are available to afford such buying, if not the advertiser would not be a fool to spend such huge money.

Well after crossing all these barriers I will dwell  on the main item,And  wonder why the issues of insignificance are blown up so much and why some issues of prime concern are down played as columns on the 6th or 7th page, and really wonder how the News paper would survive its circulation,if its going to carry less and less content and more and more Advertisement. Not to forget that if you have two news papers in your hand, you would go mad by the way that how each one of them have presented their facts and prioritized theirs news.
Well, this is when it struck me that once you have already en cashed your money on the advertisement front, how does it matter, whether you have a reader list or not.,I always ask the paper distributor, what happens to these unsold paper stacked  there, they go for recycling, after wasting so much of resources such as paper, print material, manpower, electricity etc.(which requires serious thinking and auditing).

Well today being a Saturday and knowing fully well that my paper is going to be heavier by at least a few deca grams with advertisement on real estate and its special edition. I was in for a shock ,that the weight  surpassed my expectations and was more heavier,My instinct told me not to even open it,but it had a special band around it thanking for being in this field for 80 years.

I was going in for a pleasant surprise because it had reproduced the
news item published in 1930,prior to independence,Had the happy announcement of our countries Independence,The sad demise of OUR Father of nation in 1948 with a full page blow up of a smiling Babuji,.
The Happy announcement of the Republic India
The untimely deaths of our Former Prime Ministers.
The swearing in of at least  6-7 Prime ministers.
Now this paper has become my treasure, which i think  will be pass it down for Generations to come.

KILI JOSHYAM(Parrot Astrology)

We are accustomed to certain beliefs and customs which  we find   very difficult to come out from them .
One such thing is our belief in Horoscopes Our urge in finding  what’s in store for us in the future based on our planetary positioning(and of course off late to know what we were in our previous birth) We resort to all possible science and art that can tell our prophecy.

Even thou after Mayans prediction, falling apart and giving us a sigh of relief, That these predictions have a 50:50 chance , our love for seeking such help in the form of Astrology ,numerology,  palmistry, tarot reading, nameology,  nadi joditham and of course kili  joshayam cannot be shelved. Visiting a jodidar(fortune teller)Happened only once or twice in the life of people. Once they are born, which was revisited again when Parents decided to get their children married.
But now without seeking expert advice from Many renowned soothsayers, we never want to carry on with our daily work ,  An argument with your neighbor, no good going with your boss, a tiff with your spouse India not winning a match, Our kids not fairing well in exams, well all these have something to literally do with Guru, Rahu, Kethu, Saturn,  Mars, Moon, or Mercury.
(As long as mankind lives and as long as we believe that the planets are super powerful than our Gods and Godesses,) we are not going to restrict our enthusiasm in supporting these art which has now become high paying livelihood for many ,in the name of speciality and with our greed that we want to be better off than our colleague, friend, neighbor, sister, brother, in-laws and parents have made us to seek remedial help from various corners  vastu , Feng shui ,dresscode, etc etc

Now don’t ask me whether I am a non believer of these, I believe every bit of them at least, at that instant, and so its only an attempt to share my experience and to console you had you undergone a similar one.As a part of educating our ignorance
I always have an admiration to call the kili jhosyam man to have a reading of the cards,I do this occasionally when bored ,more than knowing what’s the prediction, its more an excitement to see the parropt  at such close range  and to watch it doing its job of skillfully picking up the stacked cards one by one with its beak ,throwing out a few or at times till the last card and than handing over one to its trained master, collecting a corn of paddy and obediently getting into its small cage.
In variably every time I would have spent at least 100 bugs, each time I had called one and would have picked up cards for at least ,eight to 10 people and decided to wind up always in a bad mood, because the man predicted some thing ill for some one.
Well Persons who have tried this might agree that the first few cards that the bird picks up, contains some images of gods and the man normally blabbers some thing positive about the person, and you can find that what he says and the image he holds in hand has no relevance. But still we feel elated for those nice words and are tempted to seek advice one after another, Now having comfortably played with our emotion and having assessed our frame of mind that we believe whatever is told.
Now its time for us to ask the bird to pick a card for the dear most among us, The devil in him comes out and the bird hands over a card, to him even before opening it ,He make a disgusted expression and than opens up a card with a snake, and says  OH ,WHO ever it is, their time and fortune is not good, they are influenced by an evil eye and what not, now its time for him to read the expression on our face and scare us more. He would not allow you to wind up, as if to calm us down,  he would say, you pick up a card let us see what is in store, YOU WOULD AGAIN FIND A different snake pulled out from the enclosed cover, and he would re establish, that the person is processed with ill fate, once he fixes up this,He would come up with his dangerous theory of parigaram(remedy).
Many times we stop this episode here and with a confused mind keep thinking about this prediction and   of course spoil our peace of mind.Vacillating with mixed thoughts and at times ,thinking whether we made a mistake of not accepting to do the parigaram.
I did encounter a recent episode like this. in the recent days.which made me to go with some intropection .
It made me to think logically about the small trick that’s played against us, The entire stack hardly contained 10-12 cards and he held in his hand at least 4 -5 cards opened with a image of a snake but a different picture, with this probability the first card also could have opened up with a snake ,but no it never happens, because, he has to at least make a good start and keep you in the loop, well how does this game go ,if we carefully see him pulling out a sheet ,its evident that the enclosure does not contain a single paper, but at least four to 5 images stuffed into one and definitely one image of a snake is kept in all the cards in a separate slot(similar to the magician pushing a sword into a box and pulling out an unhurt man)THAT’S THE REASON HE PREDICTS IT EVEN WITHOUT OPENING ,MAKING A VERY SAD EXPRESSION.
When, the person was trying to persuade me to give In to his demand, to go with the parigaram, I gathered all my guts and told him I believe in god and with gods help and presence ,no evil can hurt me,He gave me a distraught look, ok,ok I had to say and caution you, its up to you. And for the first time I also realized my ignorance when gods grace is with us what can predictions do to us,So lets all cheerup,I know by now many of us would have read the predictions for this new year and some would be flying high ,while others have lost the years charms. Let us believe in ourself and also feel the presence of God alongside, we are definitely going to have a great year.If Mayan can go wrong,We have all chaces of A Parrot,CAN BE WRONG TOO.............
